Services provided at the reception desk include, car and cycle hire, golf bookings (the Hotel is usually able to provide transport to the desired course and the Hotel has special preferential arrangements with many courses), mini-bus services, taxi bookings, the arrangement and booking of sightseeing trips and general information.

The comfortable Reception hall and sitting room is also equipped with internet stations and a Wi-Fi antennae which allows access from personal portable computers to broadband internet; the system also operates in the Bar area and from a large proportion of the terrace overlooking the pool.
