Recommendations Coronavirus

We carefully monitor all developments in relation to the current pandemic situation and adopt the necessary procedures and protocols, indicated by the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) and the Portuguese Government.

GENERAL

We focus our action on 3 essential principles:
- Safeguard social distance, use of personal protective equipment, reinforce cleaning and disinfection measures;
- We provide training to our employees;
- All employees will be equipped with PPE;
- At different points in the Hotel, disinfectants are available for regular use by everyone.

SOCIAL AREAS

- Mandatory use of masks in social areas;
- The social areas comply with a regular and periodic disinfection plan, with greater attention to the surfaces most exposed to physical contact, such as counters, handles, taps, bathrooms and showers ...;
- We installed an acrylic glass at the reception;
- Families and people in the same apartment can share all spaces together, do not share them with other customers.
- At the Pool, we reduced the number of sunbeds that are properly spaced, we urge them to always maintain a social distance of 2 meters, recommended by WHO.
- In the Pool if there are mattresses on the loungers, do not use these mattresses because it is a sign that they were used by other people and are not suitable for use, next to the Snack-Bar are the disinfected mattresses.
- At the Pool, customers cannot place towels to mark the sun loungers.
- In the Hotel van the maximum capacity is 4 people plus the driver if they are not family members, if they are from the same family 6 people plus the driver can go. And it only goes 4 times per hour. And after transporting customers it is disinfected.

APARTMENTS

- In the apartments, cleaning, cleaning and maintenance operations are mandatory without the presence of the customer;
- We intensified the cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, contact areas and shared equipment;
- We guarantee that your apartment will be ventilated and that the interval between occupations allows you to comply with the disinfection rules recommended by WHO.
- In the apartments, cleaning is done one day apart.
- The laundry service at the moment, does not work for washing customer's clothes.

FOOD AND DRINKS

- During the service the number of customers will be controlled, the use of outdoor areas for consumption is privileged;
- The space between the tables will be guaranteed to safeguard social distance, as well as reinforcing the cleaning and disinfection of the table surfaces after each service;
- The Buffet service will be replaced by a personalized service à la carte.
